Master Quilos is a Nu'mair of the rain. He is a martial arts expert, philospher, and Buddhist monk. He has spent the last 800 years training monks in a secluded Chinese monastery. Li was one of his students as well.

Quilos really, REALLY hates technology. When he caught some monks sneaking in videos of Diiman's movies, he raged across the compound, punishing all who watched the corroding filth.
