Hey, the guy in the middle almost has wings like Evath!

He probably has a lot of stories about the "good old days"; he's been travelling the planes since before he could fly.

Raptorans are tall, between six and seven feet, most of them; Evathyth is no exception. His wings are died a vibrant pattern of red and grey, with what look like lightning bolts; the sign of a Guide. Most thinking races will not attack a Guide who is not interfering; it is very poor taste, and tends to blacklist your entire race. Frowned upon.

He knows a lot of languages, and drinking songs in those languages. The Draconic ones especially amuse Sil (big surprise there).
