Also known as: Things we wish our roommates would do because not doing them pisses us off.

  • The fridge and freezer are storage.
  • Do not store things in items used for eating (bowls, cups, etc.)
  • Do not eat someone else's leftovers (w/o asking them first.)
  • Leave a sharpie in the kitchen. With tape. Name & Date your leftovers w/ this.
    • Corrolary: Don't put the tape through the dishwasher.
  • Get cleared by Morrigu on how to properly load the dish washer.
  • When unloading the dish washer, put everything away. If you don't know where something goes, ask.
    • Corrolary: Don't leave clean dishes out. No one else can tell if they're clean or not.
  • If you want to recycle something, wash it first.
  • Wash special items (good knives, cutting boards, stemware) yourself immediately after use.
  • Crush/Flatten boxes before recycling them
  • Dirty dishes go either in the sink, or on the butchers block near the sink. If it's a glass, it does not go in the sink. Process of elimination should tell you where it goes. Also, if both spaces are full, wash some dishes.
    • Corrolary: If a dirty dish is out and it's not one of these two places, it's harder to tell for sure that it's dirty.
