Unarmed Attack

Beatmasta has no special attacks or weapons. The default attack deals 7 damage. It is a stunning attack so it deals non-lethal damage. It is non-penetrating so any armor or forcefields are treated as doubly efficient (up to preventing 4 damage.)

Mind Control: Dance Party!

Nothing beats a spontaneous dance party! Up to 100 people will break out into dance and song at your command, unless someone crashes the party. Or you stop singing and dancing.

Choose up to 100 people around within a 100 meter radius. You get a +9 to hit bonus. If they don't defend, they are dancin' in the streets for the next 10 minutes. Which should be long enough to cover any non-Freebird song you desire.

This is loud and flashy, so people will notice you doing this. Great! Add 'em to the groove.

Everybody dance NOW!

Cause Dance Fever in several opponents. It won't stop them, but it makes it harder to do, well anything.

You target must be within 100 meters. Anyone within 10 meters of your target is also hit. You get a +8 to-hit bonus. This attack bypasses shields (besides mind shields) and affects ghosts. Morbid funk.

Anyone hit makes a Body check against Target Number 12 at a -3 penalty. Those who fail take a -2 penalty to do anything. It lasts the number of rounds they failed the check by.

Defense

Divine Relationship

Level 4: Lady luck is on your side. Any time you make a bad roll (on ANY check, not just defense,) you can reject the results and roll again. You can do this up to 4 times.

Movement

Beat Bus

You have a stylin' Cadillac that you like to drive around town. It has a turntable, CD Burners, Satellite Radio, Soda and Wine dispensers, and a fresh supply of microphones. AND it seats five!

Jumping

You can jump 3 times as high and as long as a normal person could.

Special Movement: Wall-Bouncing

You can jump inbetween two walls to climb up or safely fall down. You can also travel down hallways by hopping across the walls, you crazy dog, you.

Special Movement: Untrackable

You don't leave any footprints, tracks, or a scent behind you. Gotta keep your shoes clean.

Alternate Identity

People aren't too sure of your identity. Sometimes you're a foxy lady dancing up the night scene. Sometimes you're hardcore rapper, getting down with it. Sometimes the hair goes loose and you need to rock. No one really knows your height, gender, or exact age. All people know is, you always wear the suit and you always respond to "Beatmasta."

Dynamic Powers, Music

You have a knack for music. You can influence music and the arts around yourself by just thinking about it. Sometimes you walk in and your favorite song kicks in. Or you know the perfect tracklist for this crowd.

Just tell the GM what you want to do that relates to music. You'll have to make some stat check against some Target Number. Don't forget to use Divine Relationship if you need to.

Defects

Sometimes you gotta drop the beat and pick up some funk.

Can't keep it down

The beat lives on. You gotta dance, you need some tunes. You always need to make or listen to music. Especially if you're in a silent area (like a stakeout or waiting in ambush.) Victory doesn't invite you to these for some reason.

Red Tape

A.C.R.O.N.Y.M. helped you when you needed it the most. Then they made you an agent. Even though you're with the SJS, you owe them. Savin' the world sometimes requires you fill out some forms, or head to an occassional meeting, or *shudder* speak at a recruitment drive.
