Overview
MISTIC is a computer software and pharmaceutical company. MISTIC Portals, our computer Operating System, has over 90% market penetration and is used by almost everyone who has a computer. We also produce a variety of medications that keep people healthy and enjoying life to the fullest.
President Magus founded MISTIC over 30 years ago, starting with MISTIC Portals version 1.0. He continues to lead this company with innovation, marketing, and profit.
Employees enjoy working here; we have less than 5% worker turnover. There is no mandatory retirement age and strong health benefits.

Magus Eltren
Magus Eltren founded MISTIC 30 years ago, at the young age of 19. His humble programming shack soon grew into the world's largest technomagic firm in the world.
Magus keeps his business and personal side very separate. He has a wife and child, apparently. He has managed to prove their existence to the IRS, at least. He has never been seen in public with them. He says he is merely protecting them from those who would bring them harm.
President Eltren has quite an impressive guard, able to recover him at any time. We believe he has enhanced himself with technomagic to improve his strength, wits and reflexes.
Arrested!
A wiki edit adds: Magus Eltren was recently arrested by TOA for unspecified charges. When escorted from MISTIC compound, he seemed to be talking jovially about becoming a great father figure. He showed few signs of struggle, leaving us to wonder what, exactly went on inside. There was apparently a MIT hack going on, maybe he was responsible for it?
Issac Dyoed
Issac is high up in Tech R&D. His specialty is lasers, beams, and turrets. He shot to the top in only 10 years after President Eltren recruited him from a small village.
His pride and joy are his "Dyoeds," small orbiting lasers that orbit him. They are capable of searching, scanning, communication and elimination. Issac spends a lot of time tinkering on them, and makes daily improvements.
Dyoed is very loyal to President Eltren, and is grateful for his success. "Mister Eltren recognized my skills. But I wouldn't have been able to work on this high tech stuff at home. Then I'm hired to MISTIC and the first thing that comes to my mind? 'Oh yes, I will like it here.'"
Issac is 34 years old.
Daestra Ethoros
Daestra is a Psychokinetic and reconnaissance expert at MISTIC. She is an expert illusionist, able to fool fooling someone into seeing something that isn't there. Daestra is quite a skilled diplomat and was critical for many key business talks for the company.
Daestra was one of the few survivors of the SS Collosso incident. A cruise ship sailed too close to a very conservative Nu'mair tribe who prompty tore the ship apart and killed most of the survivors. Daestra was pinned under several pieces of debris. She managed to fool the few Nu'mair who did find her (probably her illusory powers in action.) Daestra managed to survive for a week until members from The Other Agency arrived and rescued her.
The damage her legs sustained rendered them useless. Daestra says she trained herself to levitate, quite a feat. MISTIC took note of her and at the age of 12 hired her for volunteer work at the company. They also let her prototype the new prosthetic legs.
It is said Daestra posesses subtle charming abilities. To many she seems very amicable, and they are more willing to do as she asks. MISTIC has hired her full time for talking to foreign cultures, acqusition negotiations with smaller companies, and for several public announcements (most of them good announcements. Remember the MISTIC Portals 2000 Television Ad? Yup, her.)
Malcolm Sonarr
Sonarr is the lead musician of the MISTIC-sponsored band Sonarr United. He is also in charge of MISTIC's fledgling music & entertainment branch which handles music, movies, television and the like. He is more of a muse than a manager; it seems MISTIC basically gave him exclusivity rights.
Orphas Geriken
Orphas is a Blue Drakk in charge of consumer software. He is charge of the flagship MISTIC Portals Operating System that has taken over 90% of the computer OS market and is in most people's homes. He has come under fire from the government concerning what control MISTIC Portals has and what kind of information it tracks. He claims it is all beneficial.
Norris Hashebrash
Hashebrash was a former Sargent for the US Army until he retired. He helps develop weapons for MISTIC in use for local and international combat. There are many rumors to how he left the armed forces and why he isn't working for the government, most have been proven false.
Alnara Narres
A Merm who is in charge of MISTIC's future planning division. Her off-site location develops magitechnology that will give MISTIC the edge in about 10 to 20 years. Most of the developed stuff involves tech is not cheap or mass-producable, and one of a kind.
