Chadius: TOA Henry

Henry's last name is unknown, but his identity is constant: Predictor and the stuff of Tara's Nightmares.

Henry is a skilled mage who can predict people's fates. He sells his services to criminals and the corrupt; it helps protect them against assasinations, arrests and tells them which political issues to fight over. He owned Tara for some time before he was arrested. He was in TOA's holding cells until recently, when a Fateweave let him escape.

In an alternate timeline, Henry was a humble accountant, and Tara's legal guardian.
