Chadius: TOA Mother Joule

Mother Joule is the current fateweaver of technological advances. She and former president Magus Eltren are a couple. Lily is her daughter. She was recently resuscitated from some kind of degenerate stasis. Magus Eltren knows of the specifics of the ritual.

Mother Joule was officially reinstated during the fateweavers' meeting. She had a "lively" speech insulting the fateweavers for losing their connections to humanity and screwing up her family.

The Mechanic was the former fateweaver of technology.
