Chadius: TOA Tarxius

Tarxius is a Fateweaver. His domain is escapes and jailbreaks. He is work for hire.
His last client was Henry McDouche, who warned him that TOA would come after him. They did anyway. In custody he attempted to reverse the fateweave on Henry, but it backfired, leaving him badly wounded. He is in a coma, in TOA custody.
It seems Tarxius escaped from TOA's medical ward somehow. In his place was a Lying Blade, a fierce weapon able to take the shape of Tarxius. The Lying Blade is illegal and property of Arvel, a private collector.
