Chocolate Lava Cakes

Got this recipe from a coworker.

Ingredients (for 4 cupcakes) Bakers chocolate (2oz) Flour (3 tbsp) <-- can be gluten free Egg (1 and 1 egg yolk) Powdered Sugar (1/2 cup) Butter (1/2 stick)


  1. Pre heat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Line cupcake tin for 4 cupcakes
  3. Put butter and bakers chocolate in a bowl and microwave for a minute
  4. Mix well and add the sugar
  5. Mix well and add the egg
  6. Mix well and add the flour
  7. Bake in oven for 10 minutes
  8. Serve with vanilla ice cream
