Charra is a half-fire elemental drow who fights with two swords in a kind of whirling dance. Not a dervish, really, but something in a similar vein. She is a highly ranked minion of Pazuzu, and at some point was captured by Graz'zt and imprisoned in a [[LongestRoad_Graz'ztPalace|palace of ice]]. When the party broke through, they freed her in order to unbind the portal her throne was blocking. When the party broke through, they freed her in order to unbind the portal her throne was blocking. She summoned a bunch of elementals and, with the party's assist, slew her foe.
Later, she was pwned by Sil (who, to be fair, was super buffed by the rest of the party) and is now dead.
