Ingredients:

* 1 can (3.3 lbs) light malt extract
* 1 can (3.3 lbs) amber malt extract
* 1 packet White Labs Dry English Ale yeast (007)
* 1 oz fuggle hops pellets 4.2%AA
* 1 oz sterling hops pellets 8.7%AA
* 5 oz of priming sugar

Brought 4 gallons of water to a boil.  Removed from heat and added LME.  Returned to a boil, added Sterling hops, and started a 1 hours timer.  At 30 minutes, added irish moss.  As 15 minutes added the fuggle.  Cooled in a sink of cold water to 88F.  Added cold water to 5 gallons. IG: 1.050 @ 80F = 1.0525 @ 60F

FSG: 1.010 @ 76F = 1.011 @ 60F = 5.3275% ABV
