IO is the hot punk girl Mech-E genius. You name it, if it's a mechanical item, she can fix it in five minutes. She can do a little with electronics and computers, but mostly it comes down to loving her mech, taking care of Elara's mech and modifying it with her heavy weaponry toys, and repairing the Orbit every time we bust it up. Generally, she's in it for the fun, the thrills, and the cash. And because no one likes those damn authorities less than she does.
