"Okay, this is a really bad prelude to any more foreplay. Do you want breakfast? I can make us some smoothies." </i>

Ingredients:

2 generous scoops vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt (Elan was the yogurt of choice in this particular story)

1/2 a banana

1 cup frozen peach pieces

3/4 cup frozen raspberries

3/4 cup orange juice

1 tbsp honey

Tools:

1 mediocre-quality dorm-kitchen blender


Cram everything into a blender... preferably at 8 in the morning, when everyone else in the dorm is fast asleep. Turn on the blender and blast away. Pour smoothie into a pint glass and drown your prior indiscretions in a delicious, healthy, vitamin-packed breakfast drink.
