I'll probably dry hop for a few days or a week to get a little more hoppy nose and flavor into it. 	Boiled ~1.5 gallons of water. Cooled to ~180F, added grains and soaked for 45 minutes. Added 2.5 gallons of water and brought to 190F. Added LME and DME. Brought 10 ~180F, added soverign hops, and started a 1 hour timer. At 30 minutes, added the irish moss. At 15 minutes added the fuggle hops. Cooled in a sink full of cold water to ~88F. 	I ~~think I'm going~~ to ~~try my own variation on an imperial blonde, sort of similar to my idea for the blond stout, but just~~ a ~~straight blond ale~~, ~~but~~ high gravity.		I decided to go with a flavorful, high-gravity pale ale, still english style though.

	* ~~3.3~~ lbs ~~(1 can)~~ Light ~~LME~~		* 1 lbs Muntons Extra-Light DME
	* 3.3 lbs (~~1 can~~) Extra-light LME		* 6.6 lbs (2 cans) Muntons Extra-light LME
	* 1 lbs ~~crystal 30~~ (~~or other very light~~) malt		* 1.4 lbs (1 can) Alexanders SUn Country Pale LME
	* .5 lbs ~~munich~~ malt		* .5 lbs Golden Promise malt
	* .5 lbs ~~pilsner~~ malt		* .25 lbs Honey malt
