			Bottled. Odd flavor is gone. Still darker than desired. Came out somewhere between a best bitter and a bock (Maybe even a doppel). 	Brought 2 gallons of water to 185F, soaked grains for 45 minutes. Brought 2 more gallons of water to a boil, removed from heat and added LME and wort from soak, returned to heat and brought to a boil. Added Hollertau hops & started 1 hour timer. At 30 minutes, added irish moss. At 15 minutes, added fuggle hops. Cooled in a sink of cold water to 90F. Added cold water to 5 gallons. Pitched at 80F.
