* one leek sliced into little half-moons&lt;br /&gt;
* 2t flat leaf parsley&lt;br /&gt;
* 1t thyme&lt;br /&gt;
* 1t marjoram&lt;br /&gt;
* kosher salt and black pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;
* clove of garlic&lt;br /&gt;
* jar of whole canned tomatoes, run 4-5 pulses in the food processor. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cook meat until not pink, remove. Cook veggies/herbs about 4 minutes, add tomatoes and meat back in. Simmer 45 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
