Along with her husband, Pa Crane, she runs the town general store and makes sure she knows everything going on. She's well know for her (occasionally unsolicited) advice, her tendency to adopt everyone, and her amazing pumpkin pie. Her children are, in order of birth: Remy, Philip, Lina (deceased), Abbey and Alwyn (twins), and Mae-Lynn.
