			Bottled a while ago. Very smooth, honey flavor and aroma with a hint of the anise flavor from the original honey. Beautiful and clear.

	I'll boil the water for a little while, then take it off heat, add the honey, cool, pitch, and go. And that's more or less what happened. Pitched at 106F. We'll see if I killed the yeast. I used about a third of the packet of yeast. We'll see how that goes. The honey had a little bit of an anise flavor.
