Easy to make and somewhat unusual. My kind of recipe!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Mexican Chocolate Cookies==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Ingredients&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
*1 1/2 cups flour&lt;br /&gt;
*3/4 cups cocoa&lt;br /&gt;
*3/4 teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;
*generous pinch of pepper&lt;br /&gt;
*generous pinch of cayenne&lt;br /&gt;
*3/4 teaspoon cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;
*1 1/2 sticks ( 12 tablespoons) butter &lt;br /&gt;
*1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla&lt;br /&gt;
*1 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;
*1 egg&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Directions&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
#Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla.&lt;br /&gt;
#Mix dry ingredients together and mix them into the wet ones. Beat until just mixed.&lt;br /&gt;
#Lightly flour board or counter and shape dough into a cylinder about 2 or 3 inches wide. Wrap in wax paper and freeze until firm.&lt;br /&gt;
#Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place slices on an ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.&lt;br /&gt;
#Bake 10 minutes in a 375&amp;amp;deg; oven. Cool briefly on pan.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
