Dragon is an AI developed by Lily that she packaged into an iPod shuffle. She wired it into the Black Tiger while she helped Diiman make repairs to the damaged car (Diiman just held the heavy parts and picked up tools that Lily kept "dropping" in interesting places). Dragon is capable of controlling all of the Black Tiger's function and insulting Diiman's intelligence at the same time. It sees Diiman as its owner despite Lily's status as its creator and all the overrides that she placed to give herself control of the Black Tiger.
