It's important to de-case the sausage for just-the-right-size nummy morsels.

  • 2 links sweet Italian sausage taken out of its casing and torn up
  • one leek sliced into little half-moons
  • 2t flat leaf parsley
  • 1t thyme
  • 1t marjoram
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • clove of garlic
  • jar of whole canned tomatoes, run 4-5 pulses in the food processor.

Cook meat until not pink, remove. Cook veggies/herbs about 4 minutes, add tomatoes and meat back in. Simmer 45 minutes.

It's so damn easy.
