After much consideration (read: she finally threw up her hands and decided just to write something down) a list was devised.

- Deep Space Nine, best to start at season 1.
- Doctor Who, either anything with Tom Baker, but I have more recent BBC release. (thank you Aurora!)
- Stress Relief Yoga by Susanne Deason. They sell it at Target and suchlike. It's popular.
