Charra is a half-fire elemental drow who fights with two swords in a kind of whirling dance. Not a dervish, really, but something in a similar vein. She is a highly ranked minion of Pazuzu, and at some point was captured by Graz'zt and imprisoned in a palace of ice. When the party broke through, they freed her in order to unbind the portal her throne was blocking. She summoned a bunch of elementals and, with the party's assist, slew her foe.
