Background
Lily is a technology-focused half-Other. She's a small woman with wavy red hair, blue eyes, and slightly pointed ears. She's been working for TOA since she was 20ish and knows a lot about how the agency works. Tech-focused Others are rare, and she spends most of her time in the lab creating gadgets and doodads for the rest of TOA to use. She doesn't get out much.
Zii has nicknamed her Q, though he's probably the only one who calls her that, and she doesn't watch Bond movies so she's not as amused by it as she could be.

- Gadgets/Item of Power - 2/? CP per point. Build your own robot, and it really really works.
- Gadgets - 2 CP per point = 8 minor items or 2 major items, or combo breaker. Upgrades to Motorcycle.
