Changed my mind. I'm going to make a chocolate stout this time, and will work on the big beer after that.

6.6 lbs. (2 cans) dark lme
Wyeast 1098 British Ale "smack pack"
1 oz. spalt hops pellets
1 oz. kent golding hops pellets
3 oz roasted cocoa nibs
2 oz black patent malt
Gotta find more malts
5 oz. priming sugar
