Changed my mind. I'm going to make a chocolate stout this time, and will work on the big beer after that.

  • 6.6 lbs. (2 cans) dark lme
  • Wyeast 1098 British Ale "smack pack"
  • 1 oz. spalt hops pellets
  • 1 oz. kent golding hops pellets
  • 3 oz roasted cocoa nibs
  • 2 oz black patent malt
  • 8 oz chocolate malt
  • about another pound of malt
  • 5 oz. priming sugar
