Nemesis

Drazzle mah Nazzle is the most annoying person ever. He looks like medium-build a dark elf, with silver hair. He is a skilled stalker and annoys you at the worst times. Usually he says something stupid like "ur hot" or he blows your cover. Sometimes he can interrupt your spells by saying something so mind-numbing you waste 10 minutes trying to parse it.

Even if you blast him, he manages to come back later. He's a strange one. Is he an elf? He's kinda cute for...ahem.
