I think I'm going to try my own variation on an imperial blonde, sort of similar to my idea for the blond stout, but just a straight blond ale, but high gravity.

  • 3.3 lbs (1 can) Light LME
  • 3.3 lbs (1 can) Extra-light LME
  • 1 lbs crystal 30 (or other very light) malt
  • .5 lbs munich malt
  • .5 lbs pilsner malt
  • 4 oz carapils malt
  • 2-3 oz hops
  • 1 tube ale yeast (007? 002?)
  • 1 tsp Irish Moss
  • 5 oz priming sugar
