Otherwise known as "Awesome Sauce," this Greek cucumber dip is a delicious alternative to ranch dip and is extra healthy because it's made with yogurt.
Ingredients:
1 16 oz. tub of Greek style yogurt (your choice of fat content)
1/2 a cucumber, sliced paper-thin (you should be able to see through them)
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp minced garlic
Take the paper-thin cucumber slices and toss them with the salt. Let them sit in a bowl for 15 minutes, then mix into the tub of yogurt. Stir in the dill and the garlic and serve up with chips.
