Tip: to prevent your yogurt from curdling when it goes into the pot, try any or all of the following:
- Take the yogurt out of the fridge and let it warm up to room temp before chucking it into the pot
- Stir yogurt in one tablespoonful at a time
- Use whole fat yogurt
