It's a two-step cooling process isn't it? Or am I getting that mixed up with the Bellini pops? I figure if you peel off the zest into much finer thinner shreds and cool the cream mixture in the fridge (dairy can get pretty thick after heating), there's the possibility of making a suspension. --Ubernerd 10:07, 31 August 2009 (EST)
