History

The Lucavan were a group of evil outsiders (mostly Divs, Demons and Angels) who used bloodshed and destruction to fuel the return of their master, Lucave. They manifest in the most wicked of people who accept their "blessings" in the form of magical stones.

Their greatest exploit was during the Fifty Year War. They instigated a war and triggered so much bloodshed and hatred they came close to reviving their master. Luckily the war ended before then, and a young Alexen Dakan personally defeated the Lucavan cultists and the demons they managed to bring back.

The Vector of Disease: Carnelian Fetish

CF was a Pairaka, a Div that mixes pleasure and destruction. She arrived in Mardens City, masquerading as an exotic dancer for Lord Trout before capturing him and leaving him to die in a basement fire. She seemed interested in one of the crates Merki delivered.

From here, she charmed one of the Redtooth Clan chiefs, Riga Plague-Bringer, and eventually travelled there as his new wife. From there she organized the theft of more Sendrine, as well as capturing the blacksmith, Zey. The Redtooth Lands became a breeding ground for disease, where those who fell became Zombies and the Orcs were converted into fiendish Half-Divs. Even the strongest Orc chief Borrax Rex eventually fell to the disease. She constructed several facsimiles of him to use as figureheads and frontliners.

The party finally encountered her near Borrax Rex's former chief hut, now converted into a macabre shrine dedicated to Laniss (Death). She offered Nidranisan the chance to be a pure-blooded Div, and also game Marjorie Mel a chance to live in a world full of disease.
