This recipe is for cookie dough that will never see the oven before it's crammed down your gaping maw. "Baked" is what I assume you are, if you're in the mood to eat raw cookie dough by the giant spoonful.

Ingredients

1 stick butter

~1 1/4 cup sugar

~4 tbsp soy milk

~2 cups flour

1 generous splash almond extract

~1 cup chocolate chips

This recipe is made entirely to taste, with exceptional disregard for measurements, so approach with the understanding that "no cookie dough ever comes out bad." Take the stick of butter and soften it by holding it in your hands or putting it down your pants. With a fork, mash in the sugar until it because a nice paste, then add the soy milk & stir. Glob in the flour a half cup at a time until it's about the right consistency of cookie dough, then splash in the almond extract. Dump in the chocolate chips and swirl it around with the fork until it's a giant thing of paste. Cram in your face and smile!
