Racked.  Oddly beefy flavor.  Not sure what to make of that.  We'll see how it goes and what comes out at the end.  Worst case, it'll be a decent cooking beer.  --Morrigu 7/27/2017

Bottled.  Odd flavor is gone.  Still darker than desired.  Came out somewhere between a best bitter and a bock (Maybe even a doppel).  Didn't ferment out quite as much as I wanted, and also still missing the toasty notes, which may be harder to get, but all in all a nice fall/winter beer.  --[[User:Morrigu|Morrigu]] ([[User talk:Morrigu|talk]]) 23:49, 10 August 2017 (EDT)
