Agent Zii has lead TOA for the last sixty years. Many races consider him an ambassador of the human race, and he is responsible for sustaining good relationships between the races.
Zii is blunt. No time to dance around the issues or hide the finer points; he's learned to be honest when necessary. Most TOA agents find him amicable enough to follow his orders out of friendship, not duty.
When he can take a break, he enjoys old action movies. Westerns, spy thrillers, shoot-em-ups, he enjoys the whole lot. Some say he's the reason the Entertainment Room is so large and powerful.
