Chadius: TOA: Lucy

Lucy is the secretary at The Other Agency. She is the best secretary Zii has ever had. So good, in fact that he has no need to hire other personel for the assignments he gives her. Lucy is extremely professional, and no one has complained about her ever since she was hired, 15 years ago.
Lucy's duties include:
- Receptionist - Handles calls, greets visitors
- Dispatcher - Summons Agents from abroad and processes their responses
- Inventory - Making sure the warehouse level is stocked, get special orders out
- Secretary - Agent Zii's personal secretary, can type dictations and get Zii's favorite lunch
