Chadius: TOA Dr Vren

Doctor Oliver Vren worked for the Darco Defense Corporation before he was fired for unethical treatment of test subjects and for experimenting on fateweavers. He is notorious for his work on Pandemonium.
As part of a plea bargain, Vren was not harmed by the fateweaver council but had to stop his expeiments and his studies. He is now a fisherman in Maine.
