Pandemonium is the fateweaver of weather patterns. Dr. Vren from the DDC experimented on her before he was fired. She is a bit mentally and potentially unstable, and her powers tend to manifest in weather disasters.
Pandemonium has some kind of prediction ability, able to tell events that will occur soon. She's not exactly sure how or when she could do this, or how to apply it in a meaningful manner.
