Overview
Listen up, 255. Your mission is to handle these new recruits. I got summaries here, and I'll add more once I get off my lazy butt and type some more.

Dan
Dan is a priest. We found him in Sol Pequeno a few months back and he's been in TOA HQ ever since. He wanted to thank us for our hospitality by joining our organization. One catch: he's also with Altovive, a group dedicated to preserving wildlife and supporting those who have odd powers. Our goals are close, but not exactly the same.
Anyhoo, I've no problem with this, as he's a low ranking member in both organizations. He's a bit sketchy about his live before joining Altovive, but that might be a secret best kept...well secret.
He can fly, channel holy magic, and can bolster morale.
