Holy-Crap-Good Cornbread

This cornbread is holy-crap good with vegetarian chili, and it's full of soy. And best of all, it's SO EASY!

Ingredients:

1 cup cornmeal

1 cup flour

1 cup soy milk

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2/3 cup sugar

1 egg

3.5 tsp baking powder

1 tsp ground rosemary

1/2 tsp salt

Prepare for the easiness. Crank up the oven to 400 degrees. Grease up a loaf pan. Crap all the dry ingredients (cornmeal, flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, rosemary) into a big bowl. Stir it with a whisk until it's mixed up. Dunk in the milk, egg, and vegetable oil. Whisk it all around until it's mixed and fluffy. Pour it into the lubed pan and bake for 27 minutes. THAT'S IT.
