Hub Stylus

Stylus is a 17-year-old Monk from the past stuck in the world of the future. The last thing Stylus remembers is chasing a couple of criminals in his old neighborhood when he was knocked out. He woke up 10.000 years later when the Hub party opened the casket he was stuck in inside a masoleum. Stylus is a bit hyperactive. He's always active and likes his conflict as action-packed as possible. He tends to copy his moves from fighting games and action movies. Stylus is very friendly and tries to get along with the rest of the party. He likes to spar with Asterix, the other melee fighter of the group. He also likes Gwen, although he finds the naked thing awkward. He has a crush on Nachta and tries to impress her as much as possible. He tries to get her to participate with him, but she's a bit grumpy about it. Oh well, she can't resist his charms forever. As long as that jerk Drow Bish doesn't get there first... |

The old gang
Stylus' old neighborhood in Scryfe was not the best. High crime, poorly guarded, and little income. With his parents' OK, he formed a neighborhood watch. The town guards officially deem it illegal, but they're here too infrequently to enforce it. And they appreciate the aid, anyway.
Stylus leads the gang. He has enough strength, charisma, and intelligence to be the leader. Also he organized it, so *there.*
Stylus' parents
Elatress - Stylus' mother, Student of the Fist of Earth. She forced Stylus to spend his excess energy as a monk, instead of crime. She's proud of him, but she has to be authoritaive.
Emmest - Stylus' father, master thief. Very laid back, Emmest has taught his son all sorts of acrobatics, and reminded him to have fun while helping people. He offers a stark contrast to Morai.
The Stylus gang
Elisa - A Human ranger who had tons of street smarts. She was considered the scout of the gang. She managed to get into the future somehow, which was quite shocking. Stylus has met her and encouraged her to keep going.
Elisa later met up with Stylus again. She has cleaned up, and joins up to run around the country, have some fun and go on a date.
Braad - A Human fighter, silent, gentle giant of the group. He was always on the frontline with Stylus close behind. Stylus thinks he met him in the Hub, but that was his great-great-great-great-great-...great-great-grandson.
Lucelia - Half-Celestial Human fighter. Lucelia was very amicable and friendly, and was the diplomatic "face" of the crew. Some say she may have been a paladin if she were in a better neighborhood.
Neeze - An elven thief, always snarky, bitter, and sarcastic. But his insight and combat knowledge made him a great tactician. Stylus assigned him second in command.

- Hell Stomp - With a Fly spell, I double-stomped a Dracolich into dust. It slid off the Wall of Force and crumpled.
- Stylus wears plain white pajamas. It has several stick figures in various poses and fighting styles. Stylus checks off which poses he has done. His goal is to duplicate all of the poses before he has to wash his jammies.
- Stylus is very near-sighted and is legally blind beyond a few feet. His glasses not only correct his vision, but they let him see invisible stuff.

Stylus will often ramble about his previous adventures before he met the party. If I ever make a rhythm action game this'll be based on 'em.

- Circe is an ice elemental/compulsive gambler. She once fought Stylus because the government wanted her to.
- Shiva is a four-armed fire elemental/compulsive fighter. Stylus passed nearby a volcano and she challenged him on the spot. She is always trying to get a rematch.
- Serra is a lightning elemental/rules lawyer. She considers Stylus a naughty, naughty man who will one day ruin the world and hunts him down.
