Jeralyn's story:

We'd gotten back to TOM's cabin after defeating the dragons who were causing trouble in the area. I nodded to my companions as we neared the house, and then headed north on my way back to the mountains where my villiage had been. That was the last I saw of them before I headed back to rebuild what I had destroyed.

TOM's party:

Coming Soon

Struquin's house:

I woke up in the middle of the night after a rather nice day to the sound of commotion in my sitting room. I snuck out of my bedroom with my rapier. There were clearly quite a few people in my sitting room, so I went to the door. I also noticed a figure standing in the corner of the entryway, and quite a bit of light coming from under the sitting room door. Since I don't have a decorative suit of armor in the foyer, I decided to see what was going on by watching the figure when I opened the door to let out some light. The figure in the corner was a thief, with a large sack of what I assumed were my possesions. He dropped the sack, and quickly left the house.

I picked up the sack and ventured into my sitting room, to find a large pile of people apparently just fallen out of the closet. I didn't recognize any of them, but they seemed rather well equipped, and at least one had celestial blood, apparent by his bearing and the large white wings growing from his back. There was also a half-gold dragon, and a couple of races I didn't recognize, though one did seem to be a Guide, a profession not unknown in Sigil. Of course, I introduced myself and asked them if they needed help getting out of my sitting room closet.

Being a good host, I gave them drinks and shelter for the night, and told them of the dangers of the city. Since Sigil's best guide was busy, I also offered my services as guide while they were in our fair city. It wasn't difficult for us to come to a reasonable business arrangement. It seemed that these strange visitors, and their Guide, were seeking the High Priest of Bahamut. Not an easy request, but I have contacts, and before long Joom pointed me at a Keeper. Meanwhile, I'd sent my new employers to do some shopping, though apparently they ended up with a fae shopkeeper who sold them a valuable item for their Guide. I didn't ask about the price.

Anyway, it seemed likely that we'd all do well to travel together. So we went to visit the Keeper. They're somewhat disturbing. Of course, he wouldn't just give away the location of the High Priest. It's a secret, and that's what they value. I was able to make my own arrangements with the Keeper for some information I'd been seeking while the rest of the group was discussing what they'd trade for their information. Well, they got it, so we were off to visit a hidden temple.

Unsurprisingly, this hidden temple was a maze of traps, and strange doors requiring fire-breath to open some of them. Some rooms had strange effects on people, including one that healed us, and one that muted me. In the end, Ezel wasn't able enter the final sanctuary, but we found the high priest, and we got some cryptic messages, parables, stories, It made very little sense to me, but the rest of the group seemed to get something out of it. Then Sil, the half-gold dragon spent some time sitting in a pool in the sanctuary, holding this gold ball.

We all headed back to my house, and began to prepare for the next leg of the journey. This odd group would be heading to the elemental plane of water, and would need to be properly equipped. They had even more resources than I was expecting, though they needed some exotic items sold to make the money for the water breathing equipment they wanted. Of course, I sold them at the high end of the market price, and took a reasonable percentage in compensation. All properly arranged ahead of time, of course. I'd never cheat a customer. Bad for business.

Of course, this brought about a fascinating offer from the party. Rather than just being a guide in Sigil, and their paying for further room and board, they offered to let me join the group for a full share of whatever they made. Since it would be a few days for the special items of adaptation that I arranged for, they would stay with me, and I would join them when they left Sigil. Now I just have to make arrangements for someone to watch my business interests until I can get back. Perhaps I could interest Kira in doing so for me.
