Shelbourne Farms Cyser

  • 1 gallon Shelbourne Farms Cider
  • 3 lbs Trader Joes Mesquite Honey
  • SuperFood Yeast Nutrient
  • Vinters Harvest SN9 Premium Wine Yeast

Brought the cider to a boil and reduced a bit. Added honey and dissolved. Activated yeast in 100F water for 20 minutes. Added energizer and nutrient to must.
