Tarxius is a Fateweaver. His domain is escapes and jailbreaks. He is work for hire.
His last client was Henry McDouche, who warned him that TOA would come after him. They did anyway. In custody he attempted to reverse the fateweave on Henry, but it backfired, leaving him mortally wounded. He is in a coma, in TOA custody.
