- Yeast Energizer
- Yeast Nutrient
- Red Star Cuvee Yeast
Brought the cider to a boil and reduced a bit. Added honey and dissolved. Activated yeast in 100F water for 10 minutes. Added energizer and nutrient to must. Pitched at 85F.
