Russell Orchards Cyser

  • 1 gallon Russell Orchards Cider
  • 3.5 lbs Russell Orchards Honey
  • Yeast Energizer
  • Yeast Nutrient
  • Red Star Cuvee Yeast

Brought the cider to a boil and reduced a bit. Added honey and dissolved. Activated yeast in 100F water for 10 minutes. Added energizer and nutrient to must. Pitched at 85F.
