Do I really have to puree the veggies? Can I just leave them chunky and delicious? -Zahnnie 17:17, 24 January 2008 (EST)

Well, the baby-food style veggies help thicken the soup and add the nice orange coloring, but I guess if you wanted to, you could sort of fork-mash the veggies so there's chunky parts and the more pureed bits and then whisk it all together for a chunkier soup that's still thick and has the orange color. --Ubernerd 09:32, 25 January 2008 (EST)
